Yoga and Foam Rolling

This class is a combination of our Yoga for Stiffs class with the added element of soft tissue work through the use of foam rollers.

We will focus on one or two areas of the body each class, exploring these areas through different movements and yoga poses. Through the use of foam rolling at the beginning of class, we can better prepare both the body and the mind for our yoga practice. Soft tissue techniques create opportunity for increased awareness and softness, so that we can begin to change the relationships we have with the tight spots in our bodies.

This class is great for those new to yoga, those working with injuries, and even advanced yoga practitioners looking to slow it down and compliment a more active practice.
