Slow Flow Yoga

This is a slower paced yoga flow class, where dynamic and repetitive movements are performed before exploring longer holds. The last 15-20 minutes of class is typically restorative in nature, holding gentler poses for longer periods of time, making use of props (blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters) to support the body, aiming towards complete relaxation. Great for those new to yoga, those working with injuries, as well as experienced students wishing to slow down, unwind, and restore.
